About Carol

After 15 years as a mortgage adviser, based primarily in an estate agency, I’ve now taken on the role of case manager at Infinity. This involves liaising with consultants, lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and clients to ensure that clients’ mortgage applications are completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.

As I’m of “mature years”, I enjoy my downtime. I follow the Baggies, although I don’t go to the matches anymore. I enjoy the occasional glass or two of prosecco and love my holidays in the sun.

Friendly, laughter, empathy.

Poor customer service.

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

I appreciate all of them; I can’t single one out.

Freddie Mercury, Gino D’Acampo, and Julie Walters.

The three small things that make my day better are:

Waking up every morning, sunshine, and coffee.

Two things I haven’t done so far include:

Retiring, successful dieting.
