About Wai

I have worked in financial services since 2015; initially with NatWest building my knowledge and skill base, and now with Infinity Financial Advice delivering mortgage and insurance advice.

I enjoy working with all client types and have a unique skill set, in that I am fluent in Cantonese. I am comfortable communicating with my clients in Cantonese if it is their preferred language.

 

Outside of work, I like to keep my life simple. I often enjoy spending my downtime with family and friends over a nice meal.

I am an avid follower of American football and love watching the Super Bowl, where I have a tradition of having ‘Chimaek’ (which is Korean for fried chicken and Beer) whilst watching into the early hours of the morning.

Sharing my experience, and expertise with clients, so they can feel more comfortable and knowledgeable after our interactions.

My colleagues, who have been very supportive and made me feel at ease from the start.
